2 Questions to Ask a Contractor to Ensure They’re Reputable

There are two questions we frequently get from customers when they’re trying to make sure that we’re a reputable company who is going to deliver on the projects that they contract with us for. 

How Long Have You Been in Business?

The first question people ask us is, “How long have you been in business?” We’ve been in business for 10 years. Our company started in 2008 and in that time we’ve done everything from kitchen and bathroom models to total demolition and rebuilding. We’ve done interior, exterior, backsplashes, countertops, you name it! We also do custom cabinetry, whether you want something painted, stained, or glazed. We’ve seen our way around a home or two! So rest assured, your project will be far from the first one we’ve ever done. We like to improve our skills every time we do a project, so we have 10 years of experience and constant skill improvement to bring to your home renovations. 

Are You Bonded and Insured?

The second question people ask us is if we’re bonded and insured. This is a great question because you want to be certain that if something were to happen to your remodeling company, they have the financial backing to make things right. We are bonded and insured. 

We can also provide references. This is another (bonus!) question that people often ask us, whether we have references from people we’ve done work for. We certainly do have them! You can also check out our Google and Facebook reviews. 

We absolutely love getting feedback from our customers! But the best part of our days is when we do the final reveal. To see the homeowner’s face when they see the finished project is just incredible!
