Built-In for Green Egg

Here’s one example. We’ve been working on a customer’s outdoor kitchen area. They wanted a built-in gas grill, with their Green Egg built into the side of it.

Stone Selection

They chose a nice outdoor slate stone, with a black pearl granite for the countertops. You can use stone or tile, or anything that has an outdoor rating. You do need to choose some type of natural stone for the top, either concrete, granite, or quartzite. You cannot use quartz countertops because those are man-made—it needs to be a natural stone in order to withstand the weather, rain, and heat.
