Sometimes people come to us and they know they want to update their home or remodel it, but they don’t know exactly what they want. They just know that their home is dated and they want it updated. But they have no real inspiration or ideas about exactly what they want. We have some ideas to help you with that!

 

1. Don’t worry!

First of all, take the pressure off yourself! You are not alone. Lots of people come to us knowing that they want their bathroom or kitchen remodeled, but they don’t know what they want. That’s okay! We can go over all the options with you. We want you to understand that this is normal. We don’t expect everyone to have the mind of a remodeler or the imagination of an interior decorator. Give yourself some grace and understand that that’s absolutely normal.

 

2. Take some inspiration from us.

We can guide you through every step of the process. We can do an in-home consultation where we look at your space and make recommendations. Or, you can take a look at the before and after shots and the picture gallery on our website to see the projects we’ve done and take some inspiration from those.

 

3. Get some inspiration from the internet/TV.

Take a look through things like Pinterest, Houzz, or HGTV. Take a look at all the different kinds of possibilities. When you find pictures that you like, bring them to us and we’ll go over them with you. That gives us something to work with!
