When we are planning to start a remodel, whether it be a paint job, flooring, or whatever it is you need, we always make sure that we have a plan to keep your home secure. We know you want to know who is going to be opening the door to your house, and who will be there to lock up when the workmen leave.

 

How We Use Lockboxes

 

If the client is comfortable with this option, we always recommend using a lockbox. This is a pretty simple method and it works well. We can provide the lockbox and we change the box codes for every job, which ensures that only the crews for your job have the code for the box that is keeping your house safe. We want to make sure that you know who is going in and out of your house, and we’ve found that this is a great way to keep track of that and to keep our customers informed. When you work with us, you’ll always know who is in your house and when, and you don’t have to be there yourself to open the door or lock up afterward!
